Notes

Choosing the Right Spareribs:
When it comes to making Chinese-style Spareribs, the cut of meat plays a crucial role. Opt for meaty pork spareribs with a good amount of fat marbling. The fat helps keep the meat tender and juicy during the cooking process, while the meat provides a delightful texture. Ask your butcher to cut the spareribs into individual pieces to make serving and eating easier. Make sure to remove any excess fat or tough membranes before cooking.
