Notes

Start with fresh and deveined shrimp to ensure a juicy and tender result. The star of this dish is the aromatic garlic, so don't hold back! Mince several cloves of garlic to release their flavors and fragrance. Sauté the garlic in a hot skillet until it becomes golden and fragrant, infusing the oil with its enticing aroma. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, absorbing the garlicky goodness.
